Too much snow...can't ski
It hurts me to say this, but for the second week in a row, I can't go skiing because too much snow has fallen. Ouch...so hard to say this. The passes have completly shut down due to such high avalance danger, but when you get 9~10 feet in two weeks, I guess slides can happen. We've had crazy snow this winter too. The past month we've been averaging 4 feet a week...and the roads are closed so often that either skiers get stuck in town or can't get to town. There have been lots of avalanches in Idaho/Wyoming, too!
Your pictures continue to amaze me -- what a beautiful part of creation you were able to experience!!
